1.  GENERAL INFORMATION
THEATRE DESCRIPTION: The theatre (built by Alexander Pantages), was originally opened in 1914 as a 'vaudeville house'. In the 1990's the theatre received extensive backstage renovations (and a new rehearsal hall, lobby, and box office, were added).

There are 2 lobbies (original & new addition). Main floor lobbies (approx. 4,800 sq. ft.) accommodate 400 persons.

3.  ORCHESTRA PIT
DESCRIPTION: Fixed orchestra pit, recessed into auditorium floor - 13".
DIMENSIONS: 8' deep at center, tapering to 4' at ends,  - by 35' wide.
OVERHANG: Stage overhangs the pit by about 2 ft. and restricts depth.
ACCESS: There are 2 doors (pit to dressing rooms).

 
4.  STAGE DIMENSIONS
PROSCENIUM WIDTH: 35'-0" -  structural width
PROSCENIUM HEIGHT: 29'-0" -  structural height
STAGE DEPTH: - (Clear) 28'-3" (Pros. Line to Raceway on UL column)  {30' at C}
STAGE WIDTH: 93'-4" (side wall to side wall)
CENTER TO STAGE LEFT WALL: 56'-6" (34'-2" to concrete beam 12'-10" above stage floor)
CENTER TO STAGE RIGHT WALL: 36'-10" (to counterweights)
TYPICAL TRIMS: Legs at 35' opening, borders at 18' above stage floor.
FLOOR: Hardwood sprung floor, painted black.
CROSSOVER: Crossover exists upstage behind rear wall.
REAR STAGE WALL: There are heaters, pipes and other obstructions along the US wall. The US wall is not exactly parallel to the proscenium wall.

DIMENSIONS: Average 43' x 35' (irregular shape)
CAPACITY: Accommodates 139 persons (based on MLCC regulations)
LIGHTING: Incandescent downlighting on dimmer control
FLOOR: Sprung floor, masonite surface, painted black
AUXILIARY POWER: 100 Amp (4W3P - 120/208 volt) in southwest corner
DRESSING ROOMS (2):  1 @ 11'-2" x 8'-1" @ 11'-4" x 7'-6" - both with wash rms.
