Rental Categories Our rental rates are divided into several categories. As rental rates are subject to change, please contact us for further information. Commercial This is the regular rental rate for the theatre. It includes use of the lobby. If performers are compensated, the rental will be under this category. Amateur Performances where none of the performers are compensated qualify for this discounted rate. Seminar Corporations and businesses that hold meetings or presentations in the theatre and do not charge admission, qualify for this rate. Korol Studio The Korol Studio is available to be booked as a multi-purpose room. Rates are based on the length of time required. Lobby Our lobby is available to
host receptions and other events. Rates are based on the length of time
required. Weddings Our spaces are available
for your wedding ceremony, photography and receptions. Please view our Wedding
